This lotion is not quite like the more expensive brand it’s compared too but it’s a good value for the money. It’s much thinner and lighter-weight. It’s mildly sticky, as most lotions are, but absorbs into the skin quickly. As far as effectiveness for things like anti-aging, I haven’t noticed any improvement on my current wrinkles but I like to think it’s delaying new ones from forming or current ones from deepening. As far as smell, this lotion has zero smell. I have sensitive skin and it doesn’t cause any redness or inflammation. Overall I feel this lotion helps with hydration, is cost-effective, and doesn’t irritate my skin.

I recently tried the Amazon Basics Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum and was pleasantly surprised by how well it performs for the price. The texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling sticky or greasy. After applying it to slightly damp skin, my face felt noticeably more hydrated and smooth within minutes. Over a couple of weeks of use, I noticed my skin looked plumper and felt softer throughout the day, especially in dry areas. It layers well under moisturizer and makeup, which makes it easy to add into a daily routine. The only downside is the pump bottle — it can be a little tricky to get the last bit of product out. Also, while it worked well for me, those with very sensitive or acne-prone skin may want to patch test first. I like Amazon Basics Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum. As others have said, it has a light lotion consistency. It has a faint natural ingredient aroma like aveeno at the time of dispensing but I don't smell it afterwards. Having unscented products is very important to me to prevent headaches and this is good. I've been applying this serum to my neck, followed by an application of Aveeno Eczema Therapy lotion once or twice a day. My neck looks a lot better, smoother and a bit less wrinkly for a 50+ year old person. It's a little sticky so I wouldn't wear a nice scarf or turtleneck with it. I'll definitely apply it as part of my overall makeup routine before any event where I want to look nice. I've tried this serum on my eye area and am not as happy with those results. Applied to crow's feet and inner corner. I didn't see a differerence and also there was no pain but my eyes were watering slightly and the only thing I can think of was the addition of the serum to my face. I'm going to stick with using this only on my neck.
