I like the Concept, It really has helped me pause at the top and start my turn before my swing. It seems a bit too long, especially if you want to practice any other swing than the DRIVER swing plane. The Yellow Ball is a Harder Plastic. Shaft is possibly Fiberglass. Its possibly too heavy but that makes it perfect for warming up at the First Tee before your round Would have given it 5 Stars if I didn't have to Replace the SUPER CHEAP original grip, and that sucker was GLUED on, prepare for a workout..... ... show more

This swing trainer works well. Especially for beginner golfers like me. It is a great way to warm up especially on those cold mornings out on the course or range. It also has helped me with my swing. I have struggled with my driver and this trainer has helped me get better timing on my swing. While I still have a ways to go with this sport, this trainer is a good way to help your swing. It is well made. Feels solid in your hands. The grip is just like a golf club grip. I have hit the ground hard on some of my practice swings and it has held up well. The instructions could be better and explain more of how this trainer helps you. And it is a little pricey especially if you are just starting out with golf and do not exactly know if you are going to keep it up. But overall it helps with your swing. ... show more
