I feel like this is really helping me. This cushion is great for support and has helped with back pain from long hours at my desk. I do wish the cover was a little softer because it’s kinda rough on my skin when I wear shorts. Overall it’s great!

These are heavy duty and good quality. The gel really is cooling. At first I only wanted the back piece but using both the back support and seat really do help my back and hips when sitting for a long time.
