Bed seems to be pretty sturdy. Only took hubby and I less than 1 hour to assemble day bed and trundle. Each piece is clearly marked with a letter of the alphabet. All the tools, and hardware needed for putting it together are included. Step-by-step Instructions are easy to follow. One person could probably assemble it alone but definitely easier with two. The wheels on the trundle are very sturdy and roll easily. The metal frame is smooth. The head of the screws almost countersink into the holes, leaving nothing to snag a blanket, sheet or shin. We purchased this bed to use in our bunkroom at the lake house. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this bed for my girls and it is perfect for them and their room. They are 8yrs apart and share a room we love we can just tuck under bed away. Making up your dke with comforter will not roll under must just use sheet when rolling under top bed. But we love it

This bed was super easy to put together. I did it with my 4 year old daughter’s help stabilizing things while I screwed it together. All of the screws and Allen wrenches needed were included and labeled clearly. The only thing is I wouldn’t recommended using the ratchet provided as it got things too tight and started to bend the metal. We haven’t used it yet, as our mattresses are in transit, but it felt very sturdy.

I was impressed with how easy this bed was to put together. The instructions and labeling was excellent and all of the pieces fit together without any issues. They even labeled which side goes “up” as pictured. The instructions say 2 people needed, but I was able to assemble it myself and I am 9 months pregnant 😆. This also came with a ratcheting-styled hex wrench in addition to the traditional hex wrench which made it much easier to tighten more firmly and in hard-to-reach places. It also will come in handy for other projects or if the bed needs to be disassembled in the future. The frame is a fairly sturdy metal, similar to a futon frame I had used for decades. It feels durable, but as the instructions state: kids should not play on it. The slats are close enough together that they cannot be felt through our 8” memory foam mattresses. One of the bottom pieces came with a scuff/bend in a non-visible location as pictured. It does not appear to cause any weakness and the bed feels solid. There were no other issues.

Found this product really convenient to setup and for functionality. Came with the tools for setup and instructions were overly easy to follow. Bed functions very well for smaller spaces so they can tuck away the bed when it’s not needed allowing for more space. Great Product!

This bed is perfect for my daughter’s bedroom! A great option for small spaces! Easy to put together and very sturdy. This will be great for when she has sleep overs. Shipping was also fast. I would definitely recommend.
