3/29/26 - I took the pillows and put them in my dryer on steam refresh for the default 10 minute cycle. OMG - they fluffed up and evened out to be soft and comfortable, no lumps whatsoever. If you like a soft pillow with some support, but not firm support, THIS is what you want. I am truly amazed. ================================================== Previous review---They arrived in a vacuum seal bag. When you cut the bag and they inflate, they inflate lumpy like. Some areas are thick and some have to fill so, not very good. I am going to try washing them and drying them to see if they fluff up better. Will post the results in a day or two. ... show more

A good pillow. However, there is quite a difference between the manufacturer's and my idea of "medium firmness". I found this pillow much softer than I had anticipated. I'll have to go for firmer for my next purchase.

HORRIBLE. Very little stuffing, goes completely flat in seconds. Even doubling up, they both go flat. Amazon's weird inconvenient new return options mean I either drive across town or pay for a label, which is total bs, so these went in the trash.

Bought these for my pillow shams on the guest bed. They fluffed up nicely out of the package, but more so once I tossed in the dryer for about 15 minutes. They’re super comfy. I assume they will maintain their shape as they won’t get used too often.

I have ordered both the King size and Queen size pillows, both in medium firmness. The King size pillows are nice. They fluffed up right away. They’re smooth and have never flattened out or lost their fluffiness. They are a bit too stuffed, though, and using them for sleep is difficult because of that. Their thickness makes it impossible to get comfortable, since you will always have your head, neck, and shoulders at a horrible angle. It’s caused prolonged pain in those areas. The Queen size pillows are awful. I have left them sit out for 72 hours, and they have never fluffed up after being compacted during shipping. They are flat and lumpy, like they were previously washed and dried on a high heat setting, causing all the synthetic fluff it is stuffed with to melt and stick together weirdly. It literally looks like a saggy, wrinkled, mostly deflated balloon you find behind the couch after a birthday party from a month ago. So one is overstuffed, and one is understuffed. Why can’t there be somewhere in between? Perhaps it’s just poor quality control. ... show more

This is a great pillow,especially if you like layering pillows. It’s sturdy with some give to it, so you can prop it up behind a much softer pillow when you’re reading at night or doing your nails.
