    • Truly a BASIC paper trimmer
No under foldable ruler and it's very lightweight, but it does have a blade guard which is nice! This really is just a basic paper trimmer.

Great price for this item. The blade is a little awkward, since you have to press the blade down and pull at the same while cutting the paper. The guide lines are nice for getting more precise cuts. This cutter is lightweight so it is easy to use. I found four replacement blades on Amazon for $6.30. would buy it again at this great price. ... show more
