I worked in the Pet industry for over a decade and have seen a lot of different pens for pets. I was interested in the 28" beige plastic 8-panel kennel. However, the product description page shows a picture of it being 16 inches tall next to a man and I was unsure what to expect. This size ratio picture is not accurate (at this time) and I suggest for this image to be corrected. The panels are 28 inches tall and 22 inches wide. There are 8 panels altogether making this a fairly decent sized kennel. It is extremely easy to assemble and easily positioned into the desired shape. The panels are lightweight but durable. Once the rods are put into place the panels will stay in that exact location and do not flex or adjust. If you need to readjust the angle simply take out the rod and angle the pieces to the desired angle and replace the rod. It comes with clips as well to keep the rods in place just in case. The pet pen actually has a door which is really great because that allows the pet to go in or out without being lifted. It also gives free-roaming pets the ability to head back to their sanctuary when they are ready to retire. The product page described the cage to have rubber padding on the bottoms but I did not see this. However, I am very happy with the pen and the ease of use. I did not see a product warranty or information on a guarantee. It would be nice to see this available on the product description page. My girl Coco just had her first litter of puppies & I wanted to create a private space for her & her pups. Initially I was going to invest into a baby pen or play pen similar to Northstates, but I wanted something that would easily accessible for Coco to get in & out to feed her pups, while still being able to contain the pups, plus still have access for me to reach inside in case I needed to pick a pup up. I decided to search Amazon & I got lucky to find this product. I bought the 8-panel 28” black version. It was delivered earlier today & I set it up ASAP. As soon as I finished, Coco went inside & got comfortable lol. I’m pleased with the quality of the product as it is sturdy & it matches with the aesthetics of my home, as well. I attached photos of my set up with Coco & her pups inside to give y’all an idea of it could possibly look like for you. Coco is a white german shepherd breed. First let me say, I NEVER write reviews. However I am still traumatized from my experience with this product. My 10-week old puppy's head was stuck in one of the holes of the play pen. I was horrified! I received a call at work and a video of her yelping uncontrollably. I probably ran every red-light to get home. I had to call the fire-department for help and ended up drenching her with organic coconut oil. I won't post the video, because it would have you in tears! As you can see from the photo, her neck was bruised. I suppose I missed the disclosure that this product is not for small dogs. I use a crate for sleeping, however, I purchased this product to give Luna (Yorkie-Poo) more room during the day when I have to be away for more than a couple of hours. I set the play pen up so that there could be room for her to play, eat and have a pee-pad. I am having anxiety just writing this. ... show more

Although this is for my poodle 🐩, it's great in making me a happy Pet owner. Our poodle acts out whenever we leave her home. Although she's house broken to use her pee pads, she chooses to shred them into tiny bits when we leave her. Putting her in her Pet pen with one pee pad has completely solved the problem. She doesn't shred her pad, and the house is clean! ... show more

This was easy to put together. light weight enough to easily pick it up and move it while being sturdy enough to keep the 15 pound puppy in. It was large enough that there was space for my son to get into it with her and read while keeping her company. you can easily use less panels if you want a smaller enclosure. I moved it near the kitchen sink and we did the dishes together. she couldn't run off and cause trouble and I stood in the enclosure. Like I mentioned earlier, it is easy to relocate and change the shape. we purchased this after my son was "watching her" (not really) and she chewed on the molding of the door. This was a great purchase and I wish I had bought it BEFORE she chewed the molding. Sadly I need to update my review. I have a Portuguese water dog and she is good at jumping. She was able to jump/pull herself out. However, I believe this would have kept any of my other previous dogs in so, it is still a wonderful pen. I hope this review is helpful! ... show more

This product is amazing. It came fully assembled just a couple rods to attach the walls and it was together in less than 5 min. I also have an Iris pen and it had a ton of assembly for the door hinges and latches with tons of tiny screws. The only slight negative is that it’s not very tall so my 12 pound poodle can see just over with the brim of his nose but otherwise This is by far worth the purchase! ... show more

My 13 lb. dog was scheduled for surgery with a recovery restriction of no jumping. I am so glad I purchased this pet pen. Assembly was easy and the rubber skids help keep it secure both on tile and carpeting. During the day, I assembled this in various configuration for the room I had her in. She had more than enough room for her bed, food and water dishes. The door was a big plus, allowing easy entry and exit. At night, I used 4 panels and put this next to my bed. She adjusted well to this pen and kept her secure and safe when I had to leave her alone for a few hours. This unit is very secure, and easy to assemble, disassemble, allowing for various configurations (as pictured, square, L-shape, rectangle).
