Some products you buy already knowing what you expect it to do - no special features, no instructions necessary, and with a specific need that shouldn't be hard to fulfill. It's an extension cord, and it does the job. I can now keep my cellphone charging while using it where I want to sit, rather than having to leave it in closer proximity to an outlet that isn't near enough to my desk to use while charging. It seems sturdy and has good flexibility to be wound into a circle when not in use. Has it changed my life? No. And I hope you don't have to look to an extension cord to change yours. But if you do - you should take pleasure in knowing that if all you needed was a good, functioning extension cord to improve your situation...you've got it pretty good my friend; pretty, pretty good.

This extension cord is much better than I expected. I use these extension cord in an old house that doesn’t have as much access to outlets to newer homes. The quality of the extension cords seems to be holding up much better than I expected. On products such as these I hold up a few months before doing a review to make sure that problems don’t pop up down the line. I really hope Amazon continues to produce stop gap products such as these.

I’m a lighting designer and audio engineer. Many occasions arise when I need a short extension cord, but finding a standard 3 prong in anything less than 15 feet is a challenge, especially in black, which is critical for stage work. You don’t want a bright yellow cord distracting from a carefully crafted show. These fit the bill nicely. I’ll be ordering more.
