Needed a single 25pb plate and this was the cheapest as far as price. Overall, its about 25 lbs +/- an ounce or two. It seems very durable and well made. The hole is certainly one inch, had no problem mounting it on the one inch peg for my bicep/leg extension part of my bench. It doesnt look half bad too. Nothing crazy fancy, but it looks decent, uniform, and symmetrical. Versatile too due to the handles. Makes carrying it a breeze and also allows for a few lifting exercises. Overall pleased with this purchase.

I'm extremely happy with these type of plates period.... These work wonderful for fitness accounts and they make life a lot easier for of course , carrying them around period..... Many of us around the go and there are a select few of us out there that enjoy exercise... But there's simply no way to get to a gym and not enough money to afford that gym... These plates give people a chance at a very , very affordable and fair price period....... I would like it very much if they make these in seventy fives , eighty fives and possibly hundreds

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for: a single, 25 lb. plate with two oppositely-located grips for standing triceps exercise (directly above head backwards to just below the neck, repeat; works out the lower back at the same time). That is my one and only use for it and it is PERFECT! Best price out there. Nice powder-coated finish too.
