I love this mat. No issues with slipping. It's thick enough that I'm comfortable using it on the floor. I know some people mentioned a smell, just smells like new rubber to me. So I think that may just be up to a person's sensitivity. Disclaimer, I use my mat for basic level yoga and currently prenatal yoga. So I don't get incredibly sweaty on mine, so I cannot commit on that. But for what I need it for, it's been perfect. I also saw reviews about it getting torn up easily from dog nails, that is true. My large dogs frequently want to "help" and walk over it. It's gets tiny nicks that will eventually grow. Really happy with this mat. i’ve been using it for a few months and besides the occasional wear and tear it’s held up great. i struggle with doing workouts on my back because of my tail bone pain, but this mat makes it so it doesn’t hurt when i do push ups or crunches!!!

This mat is great for the beginner. But it's only gonna last about a month to month and a half. It also slides all over the place so it's hard go maintain your balance. I adjusted and now that I know what I need out of a fitness mat, I will be replacing it. It did make it this far with 3 workouts a day for a month and a half so I did get my money's worth! ... show more

These are great exercise mats. They are extra thick and very comfortable to use even when using on hardwood floors. My big complaint is the the excessive packaging. We purchased 2 mats. Each mat is packaged in a cardboard box and the 2 boxes are then shipped in another larger box. Please just tape the 2 boxes together and save some cardboard! ... show more

These black yoga mats are really nice. They are wider than most and their thicker than a lot of mats. We bought two and we have are overweight so it’s nice that they are on the thicker side. This is great. It's very comfortable and the thickness is perfect you cant even feel the hard floor. It is very long which is great but I think it could be a little wider. I also really like that it comes with a carrying strap it makes it easy to take with you. All in all I recommend it.

Just finished my first workout on this mat, and it is just thick enough to provide me suport while working out and doing certain exercises. Nothing is worse then trying to workout and not being able to because your knee, back or hands on the ground is too painful.
