Just the right thickness and length for using for my floor exercises. I bought the black one, but they do have a pink available. I like the strap so I can roll it up and take it with me. Quality seems good so far and I haven't had a problem with it sliding around. It was a little hard for me to roll it up as tight as it was before opening it.

I’m 5’5 and can lay fully out on this yoga mat. It’s super comfortable in the knees but not squishy enough when you feel off balance. Doesn’t hurt the palms of my hands either which is a pain point for me with other yoga mats I’ve tried in the past. I was skeptic al with the price but it’s an awesome yoga mat with a nice simple Black design and texture. Im not planning on using shoes with this yoga mat. It’s clearly not a yoga mat material for high intensity WITH sneakers. I do yoga and exercises with no sneakers so it works perfectly for me and it’s durable for how I use it.

Mat is surprisingly thick and great quality. It's been mostly used outside, and it's held up well. Great for working out or yoga both indoors or outdoors. The one drawback is the strap. It's not the easiest to get on, but other than that, it is great!
