I've been really pleased with the battery life on this smart watch. Most smart watches in this price range seem to have a battery life of 3-7 days. That's a complete deal breaker for me. So far my Amazfit BIP 3 Pro lasts as much as 20 days per charge - 5 or 6 days longer than the 14 days per charge that was advertised. And recharging it (even when it is nearly dead) only takes about an hour to an hour and a half. I am VERY pleased with that aspect of its performance. Hopefully that doesn't change or degrade over time, because it is the number one thing I like most about this smart watch. The other good things are that the step counting function seems to be pretty accurate when compared to my phone. The Zepp app synchronization with my Android phone seems to work pretty well also. The blood O2 saturation and heart rate functions also seem to work well and be pretty accurate. Unfortunately the sleep monitoring function doesn't seem very accurate at all. It consistently under-reports my hours of sleep, and it shows basically none of my sleep time as deep (REM) sleep. The "stress" monitoring function seems a bit hit-or-miss. The Zepp app needs a little work too, as it seems to randomly disconnect from the watch and sometimes reconnecting only requires toggling my phone's bluetooth off and back on to resolve the problem, but at other times it seems that the only thing that will get it to reconnect is to a completely restart my phone. That can be pretty frustrating. All in all, for the price, I feel like this watch is a decent value. Time will tell whether I continue to feel that way over the long-term. ... show more

I purchased a Bip 3 in March, 2023, but did not buy a warranty with it. In October, 2023, a tiny piece broke off in the band area, so I couldn't get a band to stay in place. This made it unwearable. As a shot in the dark--I didn't think anything would be done about it--I contacted the company. It took some time, but the response I got from them was positive and helpful. I returned the watch to them, and they replaced it free of charge. I was pleasantly surprised to get this kind of service; you normally don't get that these days. The watch, itself is a good bang for the buck. The battery life is around 10 days to 2 weeks (a huge plus). The step tracking results tend to register lower than other devices, and I have no way to actually test the accuracy, but you will find that you have to work for your steps. Overall, I'd recommend the Bip 3. The customer service, alone, makes it a worthwhile purchase! ... show more

Edit: I decided to update this review because I have experienced the same issues with other similarly priced smart watches and have concluded that the limitations you experience is just what you get with watches in this price point. So, as far as these inexpensive smart watches are concerned, you can't expect totally accurate heart rate/O2 monitoring, etc., but many of the other features work just fine. The other features of this watch worked quite well, the software was actually fairly full-featured and the battery life was excellent. I have adjusted my rating according to my current expectations of smart watches in this price point. Original review below: I bough this watch 2 months ago as a fitness tracker. Its fine for tracking steps or distance of walks or hikes. However, it stinks as a heart rate monitor. I tried so many things to get heart rate to track properly. It just doesn't. Doesn't matter if you wear it loose or tight, on top of your wrist of under. Tried some recommendations from online help, etc.. It just doesn't track your heart rate most of the time. Unfortunately, I've had it too long to return. So, I decided to put it in electronic recycling today after using it during weight training. During exercises where I know I normally have a heart rate of 130+bpm, it was reading anywhere from 55 to 80bpm. Basically saying that I was at rest. The zepp app is fine and has some good features. The battery life on the watch is great. I just can't recommend it if you want anything close to even mediocre heart rate tracking. Thumbs down. ... show more

This is on Amazfit's lower end of their price points but it is a great watch. Gives you all the basic information you need. I specially like their sleep tracking, I find the sleep score more useful than an Apple Watch. I love the battery life about a month's use per charge, your mileage will vary of course but still way above just about any other Smart Watch out there. This is my third Amazfit watch and I am not disappointed. I started with their least expensive watch and have been slowly moving up their price range. I want to clarify that the first two watches after years of use eventually quit taking a charge and that's expected after years of day in day out use. ... show more
