I have been meaning to purchase a lotion applicator for years, I finally did it and purchased the AmazerBath Lotion Applicator for Back, Feet, 4 Replaceable Pads with 1 Long Handled, Back Sunscreen Applicator for Kids, Elderly, Women, Apply Cream Medicine Skin Cream Moisturizer Tanner, White. The applicator is made solid, and the pads have a nice feel to them the texture I believe does help to spread the lotion. The area where I have trouble is figuring out how to get to those hard-to-reach areas with the tool. It does help to rub the lotion on the pad and not just squeeze it out in one area of the pad (that tends to run off before placing the pad in the right area. The curve is there but I wonder if it needs more of a curve maybe. I haven't used it for long and may get the hang of it, but currently, I find I miss much of my back and am bending in odd ways to maneuver it around. I can use it fine on the legs and lower back. I tend to have trouble getting it to rub across the upper back and shoulder blades. Again, it may just take some getting used to and I've not quite figured it out yet. I am determined to keep trying.

This is the first lotion applicator that I’ve had that I am completely satisfied with. The lotion does not soak into the pad. No waste of lotion. I can get it applied to all of my back. The pad stays put. Easy clean up.

I got this particularly for applying lotion on my back. It's so hard to reach to put lotion on your back and this does the trick perfectly. I really recommend it. Plus it comes with 4 replaceable pads. The curve in the handle is just right for reaching those hard to reach places.

I was hoping for softer pads. Nice they give extras pads but due to the hardness i don't think they will ever wear out. I use this when my husband isn't around to apply cream for me. I would not purchase these again, however as stated above, not sure I'll have to for some time due to the type of pads. But it does work.

I had another type that had little roller balls but it was a nuisance to clean. This one works wonderfully and is quite simple to clean. It’s easy on the skin, has a nice smooth wood handle and reaches my back without effort. Perfect design and easy to keep in the shower by either setting it in a basket or hanging on a hook. Thickness and weight are just right.

I’m a senior with widespread arthritis, and I haven’t been able to reach my upper back for a number of years to apply lotion. I also have lifelong very dry skin that gets itchy in winter. I’ve been using spray lotions on my back for years, and while an ok solution, it’s never as moisturizing as my preferred lotions. So I took a chance on this long-handled lotion applicator, and I’m so glad I did! It’s easy to use after spreading some skin lotion on the applicator. I can apply evenly on my upper back and shoulders without missing any spots. The applicator wipes off or rinses clean easily. And there are bonus applicator sponges! All pluses, no minuses. I wish I had bought this handy tool years ago! I highly recommend to anyone who cannot reach areas of their body to apply body lotion.
