This light is nutso good for the money! I’ve used and owned Arri, Keno and more lights over the years (was a gaffer in LA) and this blows my mind for ~$250 or what ever it is. If you don’t own one, you should.

My 300d broke on a set, and while I was waiting on aputure service center to fix it(and they did extremely good job) I decided to buy this light while I was waiting on my 300, it is really good, I was afraid that it gonna be fragile because it mainly plastic, but it actually become my second light in stead of 120 d when my 300got back. One thing power cord is short use it with extension cord only ... show more

I’m a videographer, I own a few different light from Godox to Apature lights. The Amaran is just as bright as my $700+ aperture lights and just kills my Godox. I bought one plan to buy 2-3 more. Plus the app and lighting effects are crazy

Love this light. Lightweight with enough output for nice key lighting. Happy to report that there are no noise issues with the fans (super quiet). Don’t hesitate if you are in the fence. Might be purchasing some more.
