No it does not reach my expectations! I reached out to get this mattress replaced or to return it. And nobody reached back to me.It sinks , this mattress is not a med firm. My lower back hurts! You sink, it's way to soft. The whole mattress sinks in the middle.

Several spots both edges and middle are too soft, sinking like a broken mattress. update: customer service contacted me for the concerns I have regarding soft spots and offered partial refund. delivered quickly. Gave it the recommended 48 hrs and it expanded to near 12in all around as it should. No odor and well packaged. Firm mattress so still getting used to it as it is a big change but the mattress itself is as described with no problems.
