I have many lumbar pillows of various sizes and shapes. This is the only one my husband coveted and requested that I buy for him - he never does that. I found pillow covers on Amazon to match our decor. The cover on the pillow has a zipper and is removable. It could be used without an additional cover, was just our preference. We tend to buy quality. Pay more, but lasts more and reduces waste. These are it. Very plush and well constructed. Suggestion on install: they come packed in a tight roll and expand in about 30 minutes. Buy covers before and slip these inserts into covers before they expand. Will make easier. Highly recommended. I ordered this pillow to replace the stuffing inside of another pillow included in a comforter set I just purchased. Unfortunately every throw pillow in this comforter set was lousy, which was disappointing considering how much the comforter set was. I had to replace or add a pillow to each different size of pillow in the set. This particular pillow I ordered as a replacement is really nice! I wanted to take a moment to give this product a good review. I ended up using one of the pillows for my bed pillow. I don't know how many pillows I have bought for neck and head support with little good results. I finally found the one. I slept great and woke up without neck pain...yay!!!

This is a great pillow! Sizing is right on. It's memory foam so it's soft but maintains it shape. I purchased a beautiful pillow slip (from Amazon) for this pillow. Pillow and slip are gorgeous and perfect for my need.

Over time, I purchased 6 Aeromax pillows for my sectional. They are comfortable and hold their shape well. I was surprised to find a soft protective insert cover in the box. As well as, a small card with an email address if you weren't satisfied. One 10 x 20 pillow cover was the wrong size so I sent an email thinking no one would answer.
