Beware of purchasing anything from this company!!! I purchased a remote for a lift chair on January 22, 2026 for $70.00 and it quit working on April 20, 2026. I contacted the company by phone to ask if they had a warranty on their products. I was told not if they were sold through Amazon. I said I had another product from a different company that had an issue and when I called they honored their warranty even though I had purchased it thru Amazon. I told the very rude customer service person that I thought $70.00 was a lot to pay for something that only lasted 3 months and I would be leaving a bad review. She told me to have the day I deserved and hung up. So they don’t stand behind their products but are also very rude when you call about an issue. ... show more

Likes, high lift chair is working again. The chair would stop halfway up or did not work. I found the old controller had a short rather than a bad motor. The chair was out of warranty and parts were not available through manufactures site. Took a chance the controller on a ViVa-Lift chair would work. My chair was not a Viva-Lift chair but had matching controller model numbers and button/pin configuration. No dislikes. Happy it works again. ... show more
