Had to grind off some of the excess plastic on the bottom and top to make the doors swing freely. But once that was done, these are working great.

Just installed this and one of the doors won’t close. What’s the point of a dog door if it says open??? Might as well just leave the house door open. For the price paid for this, extremely disappointed Update from one to three stars Seller contacted me to offer help. They sent me a set of replacement doors. They are working better than the original set. Seller response and service is excellent. The dog door could be excellent if they were to install heavier springs in the hinges. The springs are undersized and don’t force the doors back to their resting position very well. It’s an ok door and seems to be holding up. It’s over priced for the quality but will work. The seller will work with you until the produce is working properly. I would do business with the seller but wont buy this door again.

It fit perfectly, & I like the 2 flaps, one on inside & one on outside, it seems to not let cold air out or heat, because it stays closed better.

got this and installed it … will not stay shut , gap between panels so flys come in not sealing . dog will go through and door gets stuck open , will not self shut … uninstalled and sending back…. yes i had a professional handy man installed

This door was super easy to install. I used an angle Grinder to cut the door. I fit both pieces of the dog door into the opening and siliconed the edges. The only screws holding the 2 pieces in the door actually screw into the inner foam insulation of the door. Foam insulation does not make a good anchor so I'm not sure how that will last long term. The dogs have already figured out how to use it. I would prop buy this one again.

Easy to install but the doors don’t swing shut after the dogs go through. Bought this thinking it would be better at keeping the cool air inside but I was wrong. Small locks are easily hit by dog going in or out causing them to be stuck until I get home to unlock it.
