Great replacement alternator — perfect fit, runs smoothly, and excellent value
I purchased this alternator for my 2005 Mazda 3 (2.3L) when my original one finally gave out after years of use. After doing quite a bit of research on compatibility and pricing, I decided on this Youxmoto alternator, and it has worked out perfectly so far. First of all, fitment was spot on. This alternator was designed to fit my Mazda 3 (non-Mazdaspeed version), and installation was straightforward for someone with basic mechanical knowledge and the right tools. Everything lined up correctly — mounting points, pulley size, and electrical connections all matched the original part. This made the swap stress-free, which I really appreciated. Once installed, the alternator worked flawlessly right away. Voltage output has been stable (between 13.8-14.4V as expected), and it has been keeping the battery charged with no issues, even with accessories like headlights and AC running at the same time. The unit runs quietly, and I’ve noticed no whining, grinding, or bearing noises whatsoever — which is a good sign of quality manufacturing. For those doing DIY installation, a few tips: make sure to disconnect the negative battery terminal before starting, as alternator replacement involves working with electrical components and belts. I would also suggest double checking belt tension after installation and doing a test run to ensure proper charging before reassembling everything. Good if you only need it to last 3 months
Lasted about 3 months is no longer charging if you only need it to get by for 3 months your maybe ok it was east enough to instal fit right in place but not something I want to deal with over and over very disappointed

Perfect fit, easy replacement.
Cheaper than the local auto parts store, was delivered overnight. Voltage output is really steady at 14 volts any time I'm above idle. Easy to install, with the exception of getting the wiring clip off the old one. Tip, get the clip off before you take out the last bolt.
