This is my 2nd soundrover. I've had the original one for about 6 years, and after being outside most of the time (under a shallow soffit) it's looking pretty shabby, but still works perfectly. It's now on gym duty in the basement. The new one will take its place on the deck/pool area for parties to come. These sound great, are super easy to use and are insanely loud. Love the long battery life, light for its size and connects easily to Bluetooth. Just wish it had more bass for the woofer size. It’s not a thumper by any means, but clear when loud because of treble and bass adjustments on back. I have been getting way more than the stated battery life.

I have had mine for 2 years now and it works like an absolute champ. It’s lived through many party’s, drops and falls and locker room pump ups. The only thing “wrong” with it is that one of the wheels blew out. Least of my complaints after its being so trusty for the past 2 years.

Altec Lansing soundrover didn't last a year. I bought this item November 24th of last year, it stopped working, (will not charge) or turn on as of a week ago. Today's date is 09/2025. Planned obsolescence. The first one I bought is still working from forever ago. Shocker.
