I like most everything about this. The only thing that is not good is that it has to be near a water faucet and an electrical outlet. If you're like me and don't have an outlet near the faucet, you have to run a large extension cord from the nearest outlet, and mine is a good 20 ft away. This definitely spoils the look of it. It would be great if it came with some sort of solar panel, so it could charge during the day and could run the pump without needing to plug it in. I am going to have to buy one, so making it a bit more expensive. ... show more

I’ve been wanting a fountain or ornamental item for the corner of my deck. I saw this and knew it was the one for me. It was easy to put together. It’s a resin fountain so it should withstand our hot summers but we’ll see. It’s lightweight so with water out of it, it’s easy to move around if needed. The kit is very easy to put together and is very nice looking. However, the tubes that carry the water from the pump up to the top are very cheap and they collapse on themselves even if not bent. The water flow then gets slowed down considerably.

The media could not be loaded. We’ve been using this fountain on our screened in porch for over a year without issue. It is plug and play. I do add a drop of algaecide now and then when I refill it, but other than that, there is really no maintenance. I cut a bamboo garden stake to make two supports of the right size to help support the two upper buckets because the weight of the water caused them to tip just a bit. I have had this fountain for a bit over a year and a half and it still works great the size is perfect makes no noise. It’s very durable after 1.5 of having it. Very easy to clean and rebuild it quick. Great atmosphere love seeing little birds come and drink water.
