The media could not be loaded. I've only had this product for a week. it came a day early which was nice. we set it up on a 3 inch stone base and it's the perfect height between the windows. We have the pump on the lowest setting and it doesn't seem to spill or overflow at all. it was easy setup and functions just as it should. I didn't pay full price for this item. I bought it as a new and used product and it's completely perfect. All the lights work the pump works it's has a beautiful sound. We connected it to a timer box like the one you'd use for Christmas lights and it turns it on in the evening it runs perfectly fine connected to the Box. It has been quite hot here lately so we've had to refill it but it's a small issue and something that's going to be expected. We just buy a few gallons of distilled water. It's essentially as simple as setting up a fish tank you plug the pump in you fill it with water and plug it in. It has beautiful lighting and we love the reflective glow on the house. ... show more

waste of money, very pretty ,but I have to put water in every day because it splatters out and makes a mess it leaks under the bottom also. I am really pissed I wasted on money.

It’s a little hard to review this because I bought this item as a returned item at a deep discount. The fountain is lovely and I love it. It was marked missing hardware so that’s where the discount came in. It is an oversized item which I didn’t realize and had to be delivered by a special delivery company. After it made its way around the country, I finally received it. It was just what I wanted. After we filled it up we discovered it had a small crack at the bottom with a slow leak. We drained it and my husband FlexSealed it and it seems to be fine. The hardware was all there but the light adapter didn’t work. I emailed Alpine and they hooked me up with a retailer that sells the adapter. I’ve ordered it and hopefully it will be here soon. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate about purchasing it. It’s beautiful when up and going. Like I said, mine was discounted and it was well worth the trouble of repairs. ... show more

Wonderful fountain! Put it on a flat dolly and moved it around the patio easily. Located it in the garden and ran power to it, controlled by a switch. The pump does not change the water flow very much by turning the cover on the intake, but got it to slow the flow a bit. It looks great, especially in the evening and the sound of the cascading water is very relaxing. We saw this fountain elsewhere for twice the price, so was thrilled to see Amazon selling it for so much less. We are happy campers! ... show more

Not sure if I am not able to get the flow right with both valves inside but this product does splash a lot to the point of having to put more water in it daily. I would suggest you look at the area before you buy this item. It is not light to move around. Once you have water in it you will not be able to move. ... show more
