This fountain is well made and when I got it I was impressed how well it looks and works. I had no issues with setup and getting it ready to work. I read directions as it says and everything worked just like the video on the site. Everything about it is just fantastic! If you want a good fountain this is the one to look at! If you read the warranty it will say that Alpine is not responsible for shipping. When it came in the mail it was broke on the back side not because it wasn't packed right in box but we all know no matter what you do to pack things for shipping they are really rough with boxes. I read this and thought I would still call customer service to let them know it was damaged and that I would buy the top piece that was broke. I talked with Shadelle and she was sorry for the inconvenience this caused and said no we will ship you another one! I was amazed how nice she was and very considerate! It is people like this that make great companies! Alpine is a great company! In a few days they had another one on the way and I received it fast. It came undamaged and it looks so great in my yard! I have been so excited waiting for this to arrive! I ordered it for my backyard deck knowing my grandkids would absolutely love it. I planned to add some fairy garden figures to make it even more magical. It came today and I loved it immediately but after taking it from the box I found a piece was broken on one of the corners. It wasn't too bad but it showed from the back. I called Alpine's customer service and sent a photo of the broken area. It wasn't much more than an hour when they notified me that a new fountain would be sent to replace the one I got! I couldn't believe it! I've never had such prompt service from any company! Not ever! I highly recommend this cute fountain - not just because it is so adorable and well made, but also the customer service was exceptional! 5-15-23 I purchased my original fairy castle a year ago. When it got here it had a small broken piece on the corner of the tower (see above) It was replaced immediately without any qustion. I had already sealed and treated my original fountain so I decided to just leave my replacement in the box and open it this spring. When I opened it, it was badly cracked on the bottom of the tower area. I contacted them again, and sent in pictures of the damage, Shadelle contacted me and said a brand new replacement would be coming! She was very kind, even after I explained what happened. They totally guarantee their product and I couldn't be happier with their customer service. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful water fountain. It was purchased as gift for my mother for Mother's Day. She absolutely loved it. Setup was super easy. It is a heavy cast fountain and not made of cheap plastic. My only advice to anyone that purchases this is to closely inspect the tubing inside the fountain. There was a large piece of debris inside one section of the supply tubing causing the water flow to be very weak. Once I removed that debris it worked beautifully. ... show more

This fountain has not been working good from the beginning, first it was splashing water all over and then it started leaking water from the bottom to the point that I have to fill it up to a certain level in order for the wheel to rotate, and if I put too much water starts splashing from the sides on top of the dripping from the bottom. I do not understand how this has so many good reviews, but maybe be I was the unlucky one And it is too heavy even to put it back in a box that of course I do not have any more. ... show more

Can't say enough about how happy I am with this fountain, it is so cute and once you stage it, it looks like it was always there. I am technically challenged so can't attach my pics and video but I added potted plants all around it, the larger ones behind it. Doing this, made it look like real stone, it made it look real. I added a few stones in the bottom well as the sound was like pouring water into a plastic pail. The stones completely changed the sound and it became very natural. The wheel leaked but I called customer service and Devine, the rep I spoke with, said they would send a new wheel but first asked me to try and snap the 2 sides of the wheel together and sure enough, as I squeezed all around it, you could hear it snap together in each place. It immediately started to turn when I put it back on and plugged it back in. It shipped quickly, in great condition. Again, I am so very happy with this fountain and the wonderful customer service, they even answered the phone so I did not have to navigate the prompt menu that so many companies use. I plan on getting a heater for it so I can use it on cold days that are not below freezing. Will update if this works or not, it is not recommended to be used below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. I will buy a new pump if I ruin it. Love my new fountain!!! ... show more

The pictures do not do this product enough justice; the fake stone looks very realistic. Unfortunately, the center portion of the castle arrived completely crushed due to shipping. However, Alpine Customer Support was both attentive and extremely easy to work with and they quickly replaced the product. I was extremely happy to work with a Customer Service that has very high standards. I recommend anything from this company and will be buying other outdoor water features from Alpine! ... show more

    • Beautiful fountain but poor construction

It was not well-made. When it arrived the bottom was smashed. The style is really nice, but the construction was poor. However, I contacted Amazon and they notified the vendor and the vendor sent us a return label and refunded our money. No complaints with that. They fixed the problem
