I love this fountain! Identical ones were selling at area nurseries for close to 500 dollars so I was thrilled with this deal! It worked perfectly for the summer and fall months! We took it out of storage last week and had issues with leaks, but Alpine customer service was more than helpful! They are sending a new unit to us, even though the year warranty had expired! I’m paying a minimal shipping fee and will research a better way to store our new fountain during the winter months. Thank you, Alpine!     • The Pot is very nice looking and looks great in my landscaping.

The Back Plate, that covers the Hole where the Water Pump goes, did not come in the box. Also, the Pot had a crack from shipping I guess. It's not noticeable because it's in the Back of Pot. But I would like a discount instead of returning this unit for another one. Overall the Unit is VERY nice...... ... show more

Fountain, color and sound of water is beautiful. However the clear tube was not connected to the inside spout. It was difficult to put back because the opening in back is only 4”x4”. Tube should be better secured. Although the lights make a big difference at night, it doesn’t turn off. When the bulbs finally die out, how can we replace it? ... show more

Item arrived on time and in good condition. The instructions do not tell you how to fill or how much water. There is no fill line. Customer service said 3.2 gals. I filled mine as full as I could to cut done on the sound of the water falling and hitting the surface of the water held inside the jar. It was very hollow and tin sounding. It does not have an on and off switch for the light or the fountain. You have to unplug it. You do not have the option to turn off the light with the fountain running. The light is a VERY WHITE light. Not soothing or relaxing. We have ours in our living room on a elevated nook. It is not easy to add water to and it is not easy to access the cord to plug it in. The light is not aesthetically pleasing. The green was also very bright green. It would have been nicer to have it a bit more "antiqued"...oh well. Just thought I would share my thoughts on this item. ... show more

A fantastic add to our patio. Great size, price, and quality. Only thing that would make it better is if it was solar powered with a timer. But again, for the price, it's a great deal. Also, it was very easy to assemble.

This fountain is pretty but the pump lasted less than 6 months. A replacement pump is almost $55.00. Not sure if pump was defective but definitely not spending more money on another pump that stops working in 6 months. It wasn't running constantly and never run dry. A waste of money.
