Lovin' these Amazon tank tops, what a steal for such nice quality! The material is a cotton and synthethic blend with a good amount of stretch, and it’s honestly some of the softest fabric I’ve felt in a basic tank. They’re a slim fit, so they hug the body closely, but they don't feel tight or restrictive. I’ve found that they hold their shape well and don't get all stretched out or baggy at the bottom. The thin straps and scoop neck make them perfect for layering under my favorite sweaters, blouses, and jackets. They’re thin enough that they don't add any bulk under my clothes, but they still feel substantial enough to wear on their own with jeans on a warm day. For the most part, these fit as expected. I went with the size XXL based on the size chart. These have a lot of stretch and no compression, so if you like a more fitted look then it is possible to go down a size. The XXL works well enough for my size 18/20, but I could go with XL. I am buying more, so I will be picking up a pack of XL as well as another pack of XXL (I'm choosing based on sale price). I am thinking it wont make a big difference. We'll see! I'm 5'10", with a long torso. These are hit my mid hip, maybe a little below. Bum is not covered. Works well for layering as I tend to always wear a t-shirt or long sleeved shirt on top. These pair well with Amazon Essentials brand t-shirt. Thin, lightweight, perfect as a sleep shirt or for layering. A tad see through depending on color. Not my preferred fit or material, but it works. I like a slightly more compressed feeling, and these have a slightly loose feel. I don't think that would change with smaller size, but I will find out. The amount of elastane isn't enough for a compressed feel. I am buying more because the sale price makes them worthwhile, and overall I do find them comfy. I have been wearing what I initially bought daily, so I would say that I like them enough to go with 4 stars. Maybe 5 stars. I would do 4.5 if I could. ... show more

I love this Amazon Essentials Slim-Fit Thin Strap Tank Top! The fit is flattering without feeling too tight, and the slim cut makes it easy to wear on its own or layered under jackets, cardigans, or sweaters. The fabric is soft, lightweight, and comfortable for all-day wear, especially in warmer weather. The thin straps give it a clean & simple look. The length is a bit long for me but acceptable. Purchased these before and decided to get it again. However, double check that there are 2 tank tops in your pack. Little frustrating there was only one. Quality is good. Definitely thin and soft but not see through. I purchased a large because I like a more looser feel.
