I'm obsessed with these tanks! I've worn them all summer and still wearing them!!! I will def buy more! Very cute to wear with a shirt over it or as is. No riding up. Washes well and dries well (I would suggest hanging up to try or on low).

Soft and Stretchy Layering Staples

Lovin' these Amazon tank tops, what a steal for such nice quality! The material is a cotton and synthethic blend with a good amount of stretch, and it’s honestly some of the softest fabric I’ve felt in a basic tank. They’re a slim fit, so they hug the body closely, but they don't feel tight or restrictive. I’ve found that they hold their shape well and don't get all stretched out or baggy at the bottom. The thin straps and scoop neck make them perfect for layering under my favorite sweaters, blouses, and jackets. They’re thin enough that they don't add any bulk under my clothes, but they still feel substantial enough to wear on their own with jeans on a warm day. At $11.40 for two tanks, they’re an amazing value and feel much more expensive than they actually are. They’re just so comfortable and flattering that I want them in every color!

Comfortable and cool

I bought these in several colors to layer under thin blouses. These tank tops are soft, thin and fit close to the body. They sit below the waist, so are a bit long if you are wearing underneath a shorter top. These were inexpensive and wash well, so a good value. Hopefully they will last for a while.

Best top ever. I love how they look on pants,shorts and with everything. I am 145 lb I got M and my mom is 160lb she got L but the material is so stretchy that I ordered S for different colors. The fabric is slightly longer than expected. The neckline provides the right amount of coverage and covers the chest area nicely. After many machine washes they did not shrink or loose color. Great value Update: I received my second order which I got size S,one size smaller. They fit me well. They are not long. The length is like the way I want,not too long not too short

Great tanks but long!

I really like these Amazon Essentials Tank Tops. I material is soft & have a stretch to it. It’s 58% cotton, 39% modal & 3% elastane. These do not shrink in the dryer. I wash them with similar colored clothes on the low cycle. These do not pick up lint either. I’ve purchased all the colors but white & beige. I didn’t go with Amazon’s sizing chart because I like my tanks to be more form fitting. I wear them around the house so it doesn’t bother me if they are tight around my stomach where I’ve accumulated weight since hitting menopause. A lot of my weight is there now. I’m 5’6”, range between 155-160lbs & am a 36C. My pictures reflect a size small in the army green & a medium in the burgundy. The burgundy isn’t as tight around my belly but what I don’t like is how LONG it is. Since these are form fitting it’s awkward to pull the tank up as it causes a ripple affect. Since these don’t shrink I’m stuck with the long tanks. The small is ideal for me. I ordered a medium for one set because I wanted the 2 colors & small wasn’t available. I like the length of the small. It is tighter around my belly but it doesn’t bother me. I also like how when I bend over the tank doesn’t fall from my chest. This is my personal preference. If you do want a looser tank I’d say go with the sizing chart. These are very comfortable to wear in 80+ degree weather as the material isn’t 100% cotton. The quality is wonderful for what I paid. I find these to be very flattering for either size. If I did have to run to the store it wouldn’t bother me to be wearing either of these. I hope this gives you an idea of how these tanks fit. I do definitely recommend!

So happy with these tank tops!

I order a two pair set and loved them so much that I order a couple more. Even though I would wear a small, I decided on medium. This would allow for any shrinkage. The material is soft wonderful fabric. It is great quality breathable. Nice and loose for me. I will take great care of these by following the instuctions on the material. Wash cool and hang dry to keep from pilling. The pricing was very good to get two for the price of one and the colors are just what I needed.

Amazing, but poor quality control

I've ordered 3 different variations of this item in all the same size (S): purple and black, light blue and light gray, and black and dark gray. I LOVE the purple and black set--it's extra stretchy and is the perfect summer staple to my pregnancy/growing belly. I was so excited that I ordered the other two sets. Unfortunately, the light blue and light gray set came and was super stretchy as well, but about 2 inches shorter than the first set. I'm returning them due to the fact that they won't do me any good during pregnancy. However, if you're not pregnant, it's probably a perfect fit and the purple and black may be too long. The last set, the dark gray and black set came and were long enough, but the bottom seam was not as stretchy. It feels like they didn't use the right thread at the bottom--I know that they'll eventually rip for me and my use. I also have larger shoulders, so even if I wasn't pregnant, feeling the "hard stop" of the thread while putting the tank on would make me paranoid that I'd eventually ruin the shirt. So, AMAZING--but only if you get the nice/right ones. I'm not sure if it's the purple and black across the board or just random. Hoping you all get nice quality ones! The great thing about Amazon is the returns, so I'm glad that I'm not stuck with stuff that doesn't fit well. Definitely worth a shot if you don't mind being patient with the whole process.
