Easy to assemble, although it was missing 1 nut, but I save hardware and had one that fit perfectly, so was able to assemble with no issues. This is cute, works perfectly, and is just what I wanted for my front garden area. Super easy to get going and thus far absolutely no problems with it working as it should. I do empty the water and clean it out every 3 to 4 weeks or so, but that is to be expected. Even my little tree frogs have been enjoying it during our hot summer weather. The fountain was a piece of cake to setup, I think it took me 15 minutes to remove from package and have it running. The basin and the top are secured together so no worries about wind. It is a little loud when the water drops from the first bucket to the second. That could be because I have it so close to my seating area. I solved that problem by putting river rocks in the second bucket. Added bonus is my grandson loves playing with it. ... show more

I liked the cute assembly and details like the little bird. I was concerned because in the past fountains like this have arrived in pieces and though the box was beat up the fountain was just fine. The pump motor made a lot of noise but the folks at Alpine responded immediately and sent a replacement in just a couple of days. I'd buy from them again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I add this with a Coca Cola tub with stand and some plants and it turned out adorable. It was missing one of the screw caps. I can't speak for durability as it was just sent up. I've received a bunch of compliments on it and love it.

    • Cute, but poor quality

I love the look of this fountain. It is really cute. However, the quality was lacking. The fountain leaked on both the spouts of the top pail and the watering can. The bottom shovel spade was welded on too flat and the water ran off the side of it, out of the water tub bottom. We were able to fix both problems with silicone sealer for the leaks and a pair of pliers to bend the shovel spade. So now I am happy with the fountain and will keep it. I just hope my review leads to closer quality control in the future. ... show more
