As you know the stock headlights are terrible. Mine were UV damaged in addition so I started looking for replacements. I wanted lights that looked like they could have been stock. Given the DRL pattern and style of these lights look like a new Ram, I selected these over some of the other options. I was absolutely amazed. Install was super easy (if you don’t do the DRL). Open the hood, two screws on the side, pull the plug off inside the wheel well, access to the third screw. And that’s it. Pull it out, disconnect the two harnesses, and put it all back. If you don’t use the DRLs, you plug them into the light in a different spot and they come on with the side marker light. They look awesome on without lights so I’ll be hooking up the DRL portion. It took me thirty minutes start to finish for both headlights, and could have been less if I already knew how to get to the third screw. I submitted pictures of the truck before and after to show just how much this changes the look. They update it instead of make it look modified. (In my opinion, of course). Brightness: there are brighter options, but the brightness compared to stock is no comparison. In fact, one headlight is better than two stock. I know this because of a problem I had that the seller moved heaven and earth to satisfy. More in a moment. The light pattern is interesting with flat planes across the upper edge. But to see signs down the road with my stock suspension truck (no leveling)?! I’ve actually considered leveling my Ram just for the sake of the headlights, but I don’t need to anymore. Improvement could be made with leveling though so I may still do that. The turn signals are sequential which looks very modern, and take the place of the lower DRL during use. Now the issue. The light comes with two harness connectors coming out of the back that fit the stock harness connectors perfectly. There is no wiring (unless you want DRL - since our trucks weren’t wired for DRLs). They give you all you need to wire them, but again, plug the DRL into itself and they come on at the first notch of the switch and stay on with headlights. Both headlights worked for a week or so and then one went out. Both low and high beams. I pulled the harnesses apart thinking it was dirty or not all the way set. It worked for a week. After playing with the connector, I found a loose wire on the headlight side, in the connector. Begin: amazing customer service. I emailed the seller for help and received a reply before end of day. The person replying would forward my info to the warehouse to see how they could help. Not only did I receive a reply updating me that it had been done, I also received an email from the warehouse providing me a tracking number for the replacement harnesses they sent out! Sure enough, a padded envelope showed up at my house with two harness connectors (only needed one). They said if it didn’t work they would ship me another headlight and after it was in I could send the faulty one back. But no need, the replacement worked. Notwithstanding this is already a great product, to have such amazing response and eagerness to resolve the issue was refreshing and should tip the scales should you be considering another option. I cannot say enough about these lights. I got the smoked to fit the theme of my truck, but the clear lens look even more modernized stock. I have had my Ram for 7 years now, and suddenly the look is refreshed and I catch myself looking back after parking again. You can’t go wrong.

Install was easy, i bought led bulbs and the correct resistors and i installed them instead of keeping the halogen bulbs. The only thing that is a bit confusing is it came with extra wires for daytime running lights however, all i did was plug the headlights in and the daytime running lights worked without the harness?

I got the clear/amber because I prefer the factory look. Ok, 4 stars I will explain; Received quickly: 5 stars Packaging was very good: 5 stars Overall appearance and condition was exceptional: 5 stars. Fit is good, very good even but not quite as good as factory. Gaps were a little bigger: 4.5 stars Have to ding them a star or 2 for the lack of instructions though. There was a separate wire harness that I don’t know what to do with. Nothing for my year truck. Would be ok with a QR code that took me to instructions but no luck. 3.5 stars Haven’t had a chance to test light output or pattern yet so that will come in an update. I went ahead and ordered LED bulbs to replace the included Halogen 9007 bulbs. A word of wisdom; wait until you have these lights in hand before thinking of ordering LED’s. My particular set will not fit the type of bulb with the fans built in so beware. Update coming soon.

Pretty much plug and play unless you want to do the day time running lights. Easy install, I'm too lazy to go back and upload pics but they look great especially for the price.

I'm not a pro mechanic and I'm not good with electrical, and these lights were easy enough to install for a knuckle-dragger like me to figure them out. They were shipped in well packaged boxes. 10mm ratchet with a extension for the nut you access from the wheel well is all you need. It's no contest how awesome they look compared to the OEM lights. Didn't mess with the DRLs but everything else is plug and play. Hopefully they last a while!

The headlights look nice. I bought matching fog lights. However the driving lights and the fog lights are a 6,500k clear color. And the H7 bulbs provided for the low and high beams are more like a 3-3,500k color. Also, these require adjusting once installed and the pair I have now are way off. And found that one of them is missing parts internally that allow it to be adjusted. So now I have to wait on replacements. See pictures that show the adjustment screw attached to nothing. And the hole below it is where it and a white adapter plastic piece should be to allow the beam to adjust up/down is missing.

I've been thinking about getting these headlights for a couple of years. I bought a set of SpecD Halos instead but they didn't fit the profile I was looking for. I paid the extra money for these and sent the other lights back. These lights look amazing and did what I wanted them to. Pictures don't do them justice. The plastic front cover appears to be fairly thick but is crystal clear. The projector lenses are larger than I thought and look really nice. I like the sequential turn signals, as well. The DRL bars look a lot better than the headlights with the ugly white strips. The only thing that's a little iffy about them is the adjustment, hence the four star review. The screws are not a typical screwdriver type but instead have what appears to be a male end Torx head. Think of a Torx drill bit, not the slot on a screw. The instructions say to use needlenose pliers to turn them. I had to practically death grip the pliers and wrench the screws around a little at a time. They don't turn very easily. To protect the housings I fully removed them and set them on my driver seat every time I made an adjustment. This had to be done for a total of four adjuster screws. They could definitely find a better way to make adjustments. Once they're adjusted, however, they seem to stay in place pretty well. I'm glad I decided to get these headlights instead because they look great.
