My kid was so excited for this item. It worked for less than a minute, then sat there, dead in the water with its light on and immobile propellers. Huge disappointment. For some reason there's no return available at Whole Foods.

got this for my nephew, he enjoyed it so much. The speed oh the toy is pretty good. doesnot splash water at all can be used in tub without making a mess. now its easy to get him take a bath.

The media could not be loaded. My 8-year-old enjoys playing with this remote control shark in the tub! I could also see it being fun in a pool. He loves the gold color. Unlike a real shark, this one swims forward AND backward. Would make a great gift, especially for a kid who never wants a bath! As another reviewer mentioned, it is a bit difficult to get to the battery to charge the device.
