Due to surgery and not having my dominant hand to use, it was suggested I buy a bidet. I ordered/received this a month ago and it has been the best thing ever! Because I wanted remote control the only ones I found had all the 'bells and whistles'. Since I knew nothing about bidets I did a lot of research and finally chose this Alpha Bidet UX Pearl. It was delivered the day before surgery and took very little time with no issues for my husband to install. Luckily I have an electrical socket next to toilet. I was thankful to have this important task ready for my post surgery needs. It seems to clean really well since I don't (can't) use tissue at all, but most would probably want to use a couple sheets only for full dryness. Maybe it's a female thing, but if sit for long or thru complete DRY cycle, it does stimulate to urinate again LOL. I love the heated water and position adjustment features. My husband absolutely loves the heated seat but doesn't really use the bidet features. Once you attach the wall mount, the remote is magnetized for easily taking on/off if needed. With my very large size, it was hard to find a sittable lid and this bidet fits the bill...very sturdy! Some of the reviews mention the beep sound when features change/turn on/off...this is no biggie because I'm in a closed room when using the toilet and what does it bother since I can barely hear it. Also some mention the length of cycles being too long, but you can stop anytime you choose with the stop button on remote. The osculating feature is nice and gives a more thorough cleaning. Of course the positioning of spout can be adjusted to hit the right spots. I have no need for the nightlight but it may come in handy at some point. I choose not to use the deodorizer. There is a 3yr warranty but I did not receive paperwork regarding this, so I need to contact manufacturer. I am completely ecstatic that I splurged on this purchase! Bidets are the best inventions, and I wholeheartedly believe a plus in cleanliness. I never want to go back to a regular toilet. I highly recommend the Alpha Bidet UX Pearl to everyone I know and to all you that are questioning a purchase. I have positive hopes that it lasts 3yrs or longer, but if it only gets me through until I can use my hand again it is well worth the purchase/cost! I will try to give an update after using a few months to inform you of my opinion and/or continued happiness.

Definitely an ALPHA experience. I love this this so much, it's frankly embarrassing. For starters, it's sleek and low profile and looks (and is) sanitary and modern. Installation took 20 minutes, about twice as long as indicated, but we were super careful to avoid leaks. Important to note, an electrical outlet nearby is needed. Then came the happiness. The cleanliness and freshness achieved is beyond what I ever imagined. The remote is easy to use, but reading the instructions is helpful. I'm greatly amused that I now use a remote for toileting. While it seems ridiculous to have a hi-tech toilet on one level, cleanliness isn't. I feel ready-for-surgery clean after using. As I lack a window in my bathroom, addressing odors is challenging and traditional exhaust fans take forever. I deeply dislike odor-masking sprays which just add chemicals into the air. The ion deodorizing function on this seat is fantastic. My bathroom, my bum, and the lady bits are odor free! The settings personalize easily and the dryer completes the toileting experience in a very positive way. While the process takes a bit more time, it's a pull up and go operation. Handwashing is less rigorous. This is a luxury AND cleanliness investment that gets use multiple times a day and is literally the most delightful life upgrade I think I've ever made!

It makes one of the most basic and universal daily personal times comfortable. It is well built, has a classy look and so easy to install. Would I recommend it, Absolutely! Yes it is more expensive than the cheaply constructed, and ice cold water, butt washers but in my opinion worth every penny!

This is another essential purchase and probably my favorite and most recommended Amazon purchase. Bidets are the only way to go, and your feel so much cleaner day-to-day. We have the ALPHA BIDET UX Pearl Bidet and the model right underneath this one, and it is worth it to get the better model. The other seat has a bunch of scratches all over the lid, and it is not the same quality or experience (even though it is amazing and still works well). This is an item that you will get an incredible amount of use from, and it is also so nice for all the women in your life. The bowl is lit, the warm water endless, the seat is warm, and it is very easy to install, use, and adjust. I do not use the air-drying feature often (mostly due to time), but rather dry off with a couple squares of toilet paper. I cannot recommend this enough.
