There’s no going back. You will measure events in your life as coming before or after the bidet. You will question how you’ve spent your life thinking that using TP was sufficient. Seriously, this is a great product. Does what it says on the box, and does it well. Everything is adjustable, and the endless warm water is a must have feature. Easy to install. Pro-tip: definitely use a water filter (available for in line installation as you might do for a refrigerator or ice maker) unless you have really clean water to prevent clogging the machine. Bonus points to Alpha Bidet for providing amazing customer service when I had a small problem. They went above and beyond to get everything sorted out quickly and easily. Five stars isn’t enough!

Love, Love, Love it! Spent alot of time researching prior to purchase & this brand appeared to have best reviews...and choice of options. The endless stream of water & endless air to dry is real...as is the temperature adjustment. Had an outlet put in rear of toilet which keeps it all neat & out of view. Well worth the $.

This was extremely easy to install; I did it myself in fewer than 15 minutes. Here's what I love about this bidet: 1) Comfy warm seat! There's not much less comfortable than your bare bum sitting on a cold seat and this is consistently nice and ready. 2) Warm water. After business is taken care of, the cleaning stream stays the same temp from start to finish. It leaves you squeaky clean too. 3) Warm dryer!!! This is SO nice. It doesn't really dry you, or at least I've not run it long enough to do so, but it feels decadent. 4) Soft-close lids. This is convenient during the day, but comes in very handy at night when you are trying to be quiet. 5) Night light. I actually don't need this feature, but I consider it a "pro" that it can be turned off. 6) Sittable lid. We don't need to worry about breaking it. There's probably more I'm not thinking of, but really this is a wonderful product. I wish it wasn't as $ as it is, but hopefully it's the case of "You get what you pay for," and will last a very long time. It's the best early Christmas present my honey ever got for me!

It is a great bidet, but the connectors it comes with are horrible. I had to come up with a different way to connect the tubes so that it did not leak. Other than that, it is absolutely wonderful. The heated seat gets plenty warm, as well as the water temperature and the dryer.

My kids were early adopters of bidets, and in our remodel I talked my husband into one. I looked for one that was not as bulky looking as my kids to please my husband and so landed on this lower profile bidet. We are so happy I did! It's much slimmer with a good size opening. Was easy to install with great instructions, I think I could have done it myself but handy husband had it done in no time (we did have an outlet put in behind the toilet during the remodel). We like the remote and the simplicity with great function. The company had great response when I contacted them to let them know that we had placed the remote bracket (with strong adhesive patch) before sitting and deciding where we wanted it. They sent us a new one which arrived today. My spouse was NOT a bidet believer and now believes. I would buy this again without hesitation.

It would have been easy to install had we not needed to put an outlet in behind the toilet and a new cutoff on. Four trips to the hardware store and 8 hours later we installed the bidet in less than 30 min. We didn't find the template at all useful and we've had trouble securing the seat to the toilet so that it doesn't wiggle around. DAP blue sticks have helped keep it in the place. The remote holder is meant to hang vertically,but I have a very small sink base that the toilet paper holder is attached to, so there wasn't an easily accessible spot to mount the remote vertically. I had some command hooks that work great for mounting the remote horizontally above the toilet paper. I like the simple design of the remote. (A friend has a different brand and her remote has about a dozen buttons. She uses 2) Even with the simple remote, they could have eliminated one button. I don't find that I need 2 buttons - one for the front and one for the rear. With a smidge of wiggling around, I can do it all with one button. The oscillating feature is useful. Love the night light. I call it the blue hole! I tried using the easy wash button. It takes forever (almost 5 min) to cycle thru that. Supposedly, you can reset the times on the easy wash cycle, but the instructions don't say how and I haven't taken the time to figure it out. I'm very pleased with this bidet and can't imagine that I would need or want any more bells and whistles. I would not hesitate to buy it again.

Not difficult to install, and actually easy if you don't have arthritic wrists. It works well, although I found that I had a learning curve with the pressures and temperatures. I quite like it and am glad I bought it. One thing though, for larger people or even average sized men, the seat opening is smaller than a regular toilet, and a lot smaller than an elongated seat. So there's that.
