My daughter and I love the smell of the Shampoo and the Conditioner. We however, are disappointed with the Shampoo because it was toooooo watery.. If you can make the shampoo to your head with the shampoo still on the palm of your hand, then it lathers pretty well. But it slips right through so easily :-( I feel like you waste so much of the Shampoo because of it being watery and I have to keep adding to ensure that I've shampooed thoroughly. Conditioner is the bomb though. IF the shampoo was as thick as the Conditioner, this pair would have been PERFECT. I've never seen an Aloe Vera product this watery. :-( ... show more

The container not sturdy. The cap broke and snap upon opening. Too runny. You use a lot to feel a well washed hair. The conditioner is acceptable.

I only started using the shampoo & conditioner this morning. It's too early to rate. The shampoo did have a piece missing in the plastic neck; even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap & the box was taped shut.

Product arrived on time and customer services checked in from time to time to make sure that I didn't have any issues. I ordered this because aloe is great for healthy hair so hopefully this can help me revive my damaged strands. It has a unique scent that I've never ever smelled before but it's pleasent. The packaging is very cute. I hope to use it some more to see how it works on my hair though but overall I'm happy with the order. One con is that the package leaked a bit during shipping so it could be secured a little better. ... show more
