I bought this to take off my eye makeup , and it works great, it just burns a little, so now I will go back to simple baby oil to remove my waterproof makeup, which does not burn, and does the job efficiently.

I used it a few times to make sure it was this remover. Every time my eyes burned so I had to stop using it. I always use things for sensitive skin but this product did not work.

After using the whole bottle of Neutrogena oil free make up remover, it’s definitely not oil free and leaves a very thick film on your skin. I use Bobbi Brown's longwear eye shadows and smoky mascara. This product has no scent and doesn't leave an excessive oily residue behind. It takes a little effort to remove the mascara which is not waterproof, but I just use an additional cotton pad or am able to remove the rest when washing the rest of my face with cleanser.
