This navy liner is really pretty. It's not electric blue like some crazy liquid liners right now. It's a true, deep navy that would be appropriate for the workplace. I do not have a problem with the ballpoint end, though it does take some getting used to. My only complaint is that at the the slightest hint of water this eyeliner completely comes off. Like, if maybe your eye waters a little and a single drop of moisture forms in the corner of your eye--this liner disappears. Interestingly, it does not transfer to my upper lid when worn all day, which is great. I used it over a shadow primer. For comparison my usual eyeliner is Loreal Lineur intense in Black Mica, which goes the distance. ... show more

Got more on my hands than my eyelids. Navy color is way too bright and difficult to apply as a finer line. What's happened to Almay? Black Amethyst color was perfect in a nice brush on liquid liner. What a waste of money. Should have tried to return it

I love the tip of this eyeliner. I’m horrible at applying with a thin brush so this was a treat. My issue is with the makeup itself. I purchased brown and it just doesn’t seem to show up very well. Not only that, it also wore off quite quickly.

    • The navy color is a nice brightening alternative to black

I like a couple of things about this eyeliner. First is that it's all day wear proof--I can apply it once in the morning and it doesn't fade or smudge into my crease (yet somehow it's easy to remove with water). Second is that the navy blue color is really beautiful. It's a much less harsh alternative to a black eyeliner, but it's not so obvious a blue that it sticks out as "blue!". Something about the blue really brightens and whitens my eyes, making them seem more bright and healthy. Third, it's buildable. I can thin it out into a soft blue by smudging right after applying, or I can apply twice for a thicker and darker blue. ... show more
