The cap was hard to get off and when it did come off the cap chipped off the tip of the liner. Luckily I had a small sharpener. The liner goes on smoothly. I’m 73 and I think this is nice. I chose the dark chestnut instead of black and I’m very happy with this color. It’s almost black but softer.

Almay needs to include a gel eyeliner sharpener , I had to buy one ,and a way to advance the eyeliner, I have to use an earswab to push the eyeliner up.
