i bought this for my sister in law as she has bought probably 5 different back support braces and she is small and bent over and cannot adjust these big ones so she can wear it under or over her clothing. She hasnt much strength and this brace she can more easily pull it together. she loves it.

My other back braces are thicker and Velcro does not hold well we bending over. This one the Velcro closure holds well and is lighter and the mesh still provides good support. My back doesn't sweat (as much) in the 100+ degree weather.
