This brace is super useful and has helped a lot with constant lower back pain. The size chart is accurate, though after a lot of constant use, it does stretch out a bit, but you can keep adjusting the band tightness easily. Definitely choose a size after measuring exactly where your back pain is so you know which size will provide the best support. It comes with instructions on how to put on properly, though it's super easy and you will get the hang of it after a try or two.
