The media could not be loaded. Come fast, very well packed, solar panels came in different shipment, customer service is great and super efficient, charge faster than I expected, and I try it with my full size fridge and an electric griddle connect for 2 hr. Straight and took just 10% of the full charge, so I think is very efficient. I'm very happy with my purchase. So far / so good. Arrived faster than stated. Some components (like adapter plugs) arrived a few days later prompting me to cancel orders. Time and amount of power seems low though. I am running internet with Wyze cams, thermostat, 3 water sensors and various other electric Vampires. Should be enough to get us through a night of glamping though. UPDATE: The power button does not function, this item no longer turns on without an external power source even though it is 100% charged. I bought it for emergencies, which renders it almost useless. After a lot of research I chose this unit over the competition because it produced the most power for the $. I bought this for emergencies and it's really a useful tool. The customer service is responsive, and took good care of me when I had questions. I'd buy again. ... show more

    • Died one day short of two months
This is a review for both the solar generator and the customer service. I’ve had this unit for two months and it has completely died. It won’t charge or turn on. There’s something running inside the box (maybe a fan), but there is no power to anything, including the LED screen. I only use this unit to power a mini fridge and occasionally recharge my laptop or phone. I only charge it according to the directions, using either the recommended solar panels or the included AC power cord. There’s no way to check for a fuse, as the entire box is sealed and the warranty is voided if you open it up. I’ve tried to reach out to the manufacturer for warranty support (I did register the warranty), but they only replied to ask where I bought it, and then nothing. I’ve been ghosted. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Purchased a few weeks ago. It weighs more than I expected, but still is manageable to care. Love the fact that it displays the output and input when charging or discharged. The reason that it revived a 4 star from me , is because, when the fan activates, it makes this buzzing sound like the fan is hitting something internal. Although I haven't hooked up the panels yet, the main unit, delivers a lot of power and is great for battery back up and for running a small induction stove while camping. Had some issues with the battery bank part of the generator not working as intended. Reached out to customer service through their website & they were very helpful & promptly sent a new one. Unfortunately, similar issues with that one too, but they refunded me in full. Solar panels work great though, no issues with those. ... show more

very satisfied with s2000 so far came 70% charged and took just 20 minutes to fully charge. Only problem when I went to web site to activate warranty there was no place to do it, tried sending email asking how, through site and that didn't go through
