Excellent Power Backup for storm power outages

The power station has sufficient power for my lights, TV, and fans during a storm. I have several of them with different capacities to also power my refrigerator and my portable A/C unit for several days. I last charged them 6-10 months ago. They held the charge, 99%. Topping off took less than 30 minutes. Because you can hookup the solar panels while using the power station, it is continuous power. They are an excellent investment for power backup.

Stopped working.

It stopped charging. Power comes on but there is no output when anything is plugged in using multiple functioning cables. I want a refund.
