The reviews about the unit having damaged components are legit. However, this the most exquisitely packaged item I have ever purchased. From an abundance of packing foam to pieces of formed steel for protecting the corners I am uncertain anything else can be done aside from a wooden crate. Assembly was straight forward, took about 30 minutes. Adequate tools and screws provided. The media could not be loaded. I have purchased several metal storage cabinets from Amazon Sellers. This one by far is the best overall. The 3 point locking system is so much better than many that have only 2 point locking systems. See my video, this lock handle, tang, and rods are very strong. The tang is also long for better security. This cabinet also came with better screws. Machine threads, not the cheaper sheet metal screws that strip easily. 2 other cabinets I had purchased needed larger screws that I had to purchase separately. Not this one! I happened to receive this cabinet without an assembly manual. I sent a message to the seller, and within a few hours I received a PDF file in an email and on my Amazon message board. Such great and quick Customer support. Now I wish all my cabinets were Incbruce 3 way locking cabinets. ... show more

Well, I ordered two ivory cabinets, and two grey cabinets arrived. I was annoyed at first but looks like the grey look is better. The cabinets came with slight dents here and there. We manage to work through that. The instruction sheet is excellent and following that is super easy! I like it!
