Driven about 300 miles and already leaking from the base of the coils. Update. I've reached out to Alloyworks customer service and they are sending out a replacement. I will further update with how long it takes to receive and how well the replacement holds up. Customer service was easy to work with and quick to respond. I really like the look of this radiator, just want the performance to match. **updated #2** Got the replacement radiator within a few days. Seems to be holding up okay for now. No leaks noted. I replaced a plastic top radiator that burst. I wanted an all metal aluminum replacement. The welds are good. Some of the fins were pressed from handling but mostly cosmetic. Some reviewers noted leaking but so far so good, no leaks. It does seem to get hot unlike the plastic radiator before. I put my hand over it and can feel the radiant heat. Maybe it conducts heat better than plastic and is a good thing (?). The engine temperature runs normal so that’s what counts for me. Pretty easy to install, it just sucks that you don’t know the welds are gonna leak until you get done. Probably would be good to buy a radiator from a company that states they pressure check before sending out.

we purchased this in February 2022 and now in December at 10 months it has a leak in the center of it? hoping the vender will contact us for a resolution. They have offered a full refund which we are willing to accept at this point.

The picture shows where the fan shroud attaching point is supposed to be. Looks like it was cut out or dorked up during manufacturing.

    • Easy Install...but

So this rad fitted well on my 03 tj, but the rad did not include the transmission cooler line fittings as shown in the pics. I contacted the seller and they said they were on back order and refunded me $20 so I could source locally. I had no idea how hard it would be find these but most places don't carry them. I found 2 5/16 (brand Needa)ones at autozone on the shelf after 3 hours of driving around. You also need to source some o rings for the fittings, i had the harbor frieght o ring kit so didnt have issue. The fan shroud oem bolts do not work, some new metric bolts are needed and the shroud bolt holes don't exactly line up so you gotta driller out some plastic. In summary I would buy again as this product is a lot better and less expensive than anything I can source locally. But expect some trips to part stores to get it installed.
