This frame got here 4 days early. The instructions and tools were laid out very easy to comprehend in the instructions. It took me about an hour and a half to put together. With my 5 and 3 year old “assisting” me. There was only one leg missing from the instructions “G” but it was very easy to tell where it went from the pictures and it was an end step so nothing too complicating to figure out. After putting the bed together, I tried to shake it and it was very sturdy. Did not move. But also easy to pick up with one hand in order for me to vacuum under the bed after assembly. Money well spent!

I brought this product for my king size pillow top mattress & it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It was very easy to assemble and the fact that it is all metal makes it more durable. I think the only downside to the product is how short in length the headboard is, BUT it is still a great buy you just have to use your mattress and get rid of your box spring because it won’t be needed.

Very happy with this purchase. This is the king bed and looks just like the photo. The only two minor complaints, when building the holes we a tiny bit off, but this is because when attaching the headboard to the two metal bars, it must be VERY tight and together and then the holes line up. And there is a bar (part of the frame) on each side of the bed that we were not used to since our old bed didn't have any there, so beware of toes hitting it lol. We had toddlers and just used some of the edge covers to fix that issue haha. But overall 100% recommend. I love how slim the frame is for a king bed and much more affordable than even ikea (that's where we bought the mattress)

while putting my bed together I realized a leg broke, I reached out to amazon spoke with a very friendly customer service rep who guided me to the merchant service from there radio silence. i only needed a leg however I Bob the builder-ed it and made it work, will not be buying from this company again. poor customer service

I followed the instructions, and the bed is still not leveled. Those gray tabs that keep the bars from rolling impossible to put where they belong. The more I put the bed together the more the foot of the bed started rising off the floor. Sent message to seller. Hopefully the problem can be resolved or I will have to return the item
