I had a lightning cable to charge my Iphone, but recently it started to work less and less. I've used it for about 5 months now, and it was about time to find a replacement, so who else but Anker right? At first, the price was a bit steep. $20 for a 6ft lightning cable in a pouch is what you get folks. I'm not sure if this was an error when being made, but my zippers were reversed, where they both zip shut with both zippers on that same side. I don't mind it, but it was just something I noticed. The cable itself is pretty amazing. It works perfectly well and doesn't toggle the "this accessory may not be used on this device" pop up that I got with my previous cable. It does what it needs to and gives me the comfort to sit back and use my phone which I couldn't get with my previous 3 ft. cable. After 1 week of using it, there are absolutely no problems whatsoever and I really am satisfied with my purchase. I really recommend this, and if it doesn't work, you can contact Anker as I'm sure their customer service will help. I carry it with me whenever I have class and the carrying pouch does see some use from me, and if you don't, you can always fill it with something else. For anyone curious, it perfectly fits credit cards, gym membership cards, etc. 2nd product bought from Anker and so far it has been a great experience all around. Edit 12/2/19: If you read this far, thanks. The cable still works perfectly and has not let me down once since the day it arrived and I am completely satisfied with it. Great cable, nice color and the sheathing on it keeps the cable from fraying, but over half a year of daily use I'm finding that the sleeve around the lighting connector is starting to split from all the bending -- the cable itself has no wearing, but that sleeve split stopped being cosmetic after another month or two when the cable stopped charging my iPhone, no matter how I cleaned it or wiggled it. Remembering the lifetime warranty on this more expensive cable, I reached out to Anker, provided my amazon invoice, serial number, and a picture of the dead cable, and they sent a replacement out to me with no hassle; assured me that even the replacement is under lifetime warranty. If their customer service continues to be this good, it really is worth the extra dollars over a cheap no-name cable, because the only time i'll need to buy a new cable is when I stop needing a USB A-to-Lightning form factor. ... show more

This is a great product that is backed by a great warranty and customer service. I purchased this charger in July 2019. The length of the cord and charging capability is great but after almost a year, the cord was damaged and it stopped working. I submitted a warranty claim through their website, which was very easy to do. I had kept the box so I had the item details handy and I also accessed my receipt under “my orders” on Amazon. I wasn’t sure if they would replace the item because it was clearly physically damaged (see photo). I submitted my claim online on Sun 6/28/20. I received a confirmation email right away. The following day I received an email asking for a few more details. I responded and that same day was told my claim was being processed and I would receive a replacement charger in about a week. I received my new charger a fews days later. I was very pleased with the swift service. On 7/13/20, I received an email from Sylvia at Anker customer support following up to ensure I was satisfied with my replacement. I appreciate the level of customer service they provide. I would definitely buy this product again and highly recommend it. ... show more
