  • This is a SOLID trailer, and it can fit two children, but tight
Style: 2-child Trailer Color: White/Red
I bought this trailer based on some other reviews on Amazon. Here's what I've noticed after owning it just a few short days: 1. The trailer is well built, not cheap. There are some features that are left out in the description that it DOES include. It has a rear pocket which can hold a few helmets or a diaper bag (and will keep dry since the cover goes over the pocket. The plastic rain shield will roll up to expose a mesh front. This is a nice feature which is not really described in the description. The whole trailer also folds nicely. 2. The trailer rolls down the road very easily. It's not hard to pull at all with two children in it. The steel wheels feel very durable and have had no problem holding air in the tires. 3. There have been reviews which state that it can hold two children and others that say it can't. YES it can, but i'll be the first to admit that it will be tight if you have children in the higher growth percentage. I've got a 3 year old and a 10 month old and they'll fit together, but not for much longer. It's not a very WIDE trailer. Although that is a plus if you consider wind resistance and room you take up on the road. 4. All around good trailer for the money. I bought this on Amazon for 88$ after tax and with prime shipping. It may come back down to that, it may not. Walmart also sells them around that price. I'd recommend this. Will update this review after 6 months of regular use (at least that's the plan). ... show more

  • Awesome trailer
Style: 2-child Trailer Color: Red
We love this little trailer and my daughter does too! Extra room for storage and seems pretty cozy for the little ones! Don’t see any reason to spend the extra cash on some of these other trailers this one is great! Easy to set up and I love how it mounts. It articulates right along with the bike as it turns and leans and doesn’t even mess with the trailer or bind up. ... show more

  • Happy I can ride with my kids! Great product for the price!
Used twice since getting it delivered the other day and overall I’m very satisfied with the product. I’m happy to finally be able to take my two kids (40 lbs and 21 lbs) places. Assembly was easy and I was pleased that I didn’t need additional adapters for my bike. The ride is smooth, the trailer maneuvers well and is very light- I keep turning around to make sure the trailer is still there, it’s that way east to tow! Kids seemed comfortable inside and I like the optional rain cover that easily zips on and off and a storage compartment in the back that fits a small blankie and a few toys, or even a medium size purse. I took off a star because it lacks any kind of reflectors, so I’ll have to purchase and attach my own. Also, while the cover seems well made and functional, I don’t like how it fully comes off once you undo the Velcro’s which makes it feel cheap. It would be a lot easier to reapply the cover if there were a couple regular straps holding it attached to the frame for additional support. But overall the cover isn’t bad and serves its purpose. We will be using this trailer for short rides in the city/suburbs so don’t need anything heavy duty. I’d buy this item again! ... show more

  • Best price; best value
Style: 2-child Trailer Color: Red
Years ago (many many years), I shuttled my kids to work, school, etc. in an expensive Burley (a shower gift). Once kids outgrew it, I the Burley. 15 years later, I want one for groceries, look at the price—good grief! Found the Allen by chance, took a chance, and could not be more pleased. Light, roomy seating and storage, spacious pockets, sturdy inflatable wheels, sharp turning radius, strong and attractive exterior. People complain about their babies “submarining” off the seat. To that I say, if your child is too small to sit up on his/her own, it has no business being back there without a carseat. If you need to prop a toddler, stick a pillow under the seat. That’s what I did with back in the day with the other trailer. Actually the only cons were: 1. the hard to discern photography in the directions. Allen should just do simple graphics instead of reproducing an originally-color booklet in poor resolution black and white, which was only an issue because 2. the directions explicitly state that the tires are sticker-marked right and left. I had no stickers, wasted half an hour squinting at the pictures to see if I could discern a difference, and failing at that, called customer service, only to be told “ Oh! The tires can go on either side!” But other than that, great piece of workmanship. ... show more

  • Great for Families
This item was easy to install on a bike, came with minimal instructions to put together, and it even came with a little orange flag for safety if riding in a busier area. My kids have a good amount of leg room and can still put their feet out if they want to stretch. There is a cover for inclement weather and works great on a cool fall day. Just add a blanket and they stay cozy in their little kid trailer. Highly recommended for active families ... show more
