I use this pack for everything. I actually have 2. I’ve been in the military and used different packs all over the world for different situations and as a day pack this is my first choice. Period. I primarily actually use this pack for fishing. The best aspects of this pack are the hard structured bottom which makes loading and finding items a breeze. And the two different zipper entrances to the main compartment allow you to access the pack vertically or horizontally. Genius. The only changes I would make is create a higher contrast interior to locate items in low light conditions, like an orange interior, and make one specifically for fishing with interior sorting that can manage hooks better. Also adding a hole in the shoulder for a hydration system would be handy. Those aren’t complaints though this is the best pack I’ve ever owned. ... show more

Awesome pack!! Zippers are quite and plenty of room for a day hunt. I was able to put 3 base layers in the main compartment. There plenty of room to hold all the gear you can think of and keeping it organized!

This is actually an awesome pack! It's really large, can hold a ton of stuff. The hard bottom is great and the extra bird carrying straps for hauling out ducks/geese/etc. is an awesome addition. Overall, incredibly happy with this pack after using it for over a month now in the field. Update: I was really high on this pack, but after 3 weekends of use, one of the zippers has already broken, so dropped down to 3 stars - we will see how their customer service is now, as it will be a warranty claim at this point. ... show more
