I first I was a little skeptical because they said that it was short and it is short, but if you were by your shorts or something that you don’t wanna show too much then that’s fine. Makes me feel very sexy and hide all the chunky parts that I don’t wanna be seen. I’m 160 pounds and 5 ‘1 and the large fit me perfectly. The style would be cute, but it’s a cheap fabric that is completely see through.. also with the slit hem, it is soooo short you have to wear something underneath. Can’t be bothered to return so I guess I’ll be using it as a beach cover up..

This dress definitely makes you feel sexy!!! It's a very clingy dress, but I went with Amazon's recommended L. I'm 5'5", 160 lbs, size 10 bottom, 36 DD, and I can wear some M shirts but most L shirts. Now, on me, the opening of the top is somewhere between the bottom of my rib cage and my belly button, but there is some flexibility in just how much you want to show. Since I'm bigger chested, my body automatically shifts the opening to more of a slit, so I have to actively keep pulling it away from my chest to show more. For the bottom, the slit is SO high that the top hits my pelvic bone. With even just a little bit of a shift in my legs, I show way more than I intended. So, I'm just going to safety pin the slit a little more closed when wearing as a dress and leave it alone when wearing with leggings. And, with it being such a clingy dress, I'm wearing it with a bodysuit to keep everything cinched in. I'm not really interested in everyone seeing my belly jiggle. ... show more

    • Runs Very Small, Especially for Curvy Frames

I really wanted to love this dress, but unfortunately the fit just didn’t work for my body type. I ordered both a small and a medium. I am true to size small, but will occasionally size up when reviews mention an item runs small. In this case, even the medium was too small, and I believe I would have needed to size up more than one size for it to fit, and at that point, I think it would have looked frumpy everywhere else. For reference, I am 5'1", 140 lbs, with a bigger butt and thighs. In the medium, the dress rode up significantly and was showing my crotch, making it unwearable for me. The length and cut just didn’t accommodate curves on a shorter frame. The style itself is really cute, which makes this extra disappointing. If you’re curvier on the bottom or shorter, I’d recommend sizing up significantly or skipping unless you’re comfortable with a very revealing fit. ... show more
