After 1 duck hunt: Quality appears good. Nothing ripped, zipper fit. Camo pattern looks good. First complaint, observation. The pouch that holds the butt of the long gun has two zippers on either side. No idea what those are for, and it would seem they are more likely to allow the gun to fall out than be useful. Second suggestion for improvement. There is only one pocket inside. A big one, granted. But that means that everything from car keys, snacks, duck calls, etc fall to the bottom making the thing just a sack with arm straps. POCKETS! You need more POCKETS inside so that you can organize stuff and make recovery easy when it's dark. How about a really hefty one that would hold a box of shotgun shells? ... show more

On a 2.5 mile hike it held up pretty nicely with the 25 lbs in there + other extra stuff (extra shoes, clothes, etc.) I enjoyed the pouches around the waist easy snack reach. Secured my shotgun pretty nicely too (gotta adjust the straps pretty high or else the buttstock will slap your legs) Mild issue, the water holder is pretty high for me to reach on the go but not a big deal, its for storage. I yanked the handle up top and it pulled away the seams a bit, but that's to be expected on pull point there. We will see how the near future will treat this bag but so far so good! ... show more
