I recently tried Allegro Coffee's Mexico Whole Bean Organic coffee, and I am thoroughly impressed with its quality and flavor. Here’s a detailed review based on my experience: Flavor and Aroma The flavor of this coffee is exceptional. It offers a rich and smooth taste with a perfect balance of acidit
y and sweetness. There are distinct notes of chocolate and nuts, complemented by subtle hints of citrus. The aroma is equally delightful, filling the room with a fresh, inviting scent as soon as the bag is opened. The complexity of the flavor profile makes each cup an enjoyable experience, whether you're drinking it black or with milk. Freshness and Quality The beans are noticeably fresh, which is crucial for a good cup of coffee. The packaging is designed to preserve the freshness, and it shows. Grinding the beans just before brewing releases a burst of fragrance that indicates high-quality, freshly roasted beans. The coffee maintains its flavor and aroma over time, thanks to the well-sealed packaging. Organic and Ethical Sourcing One of the standout features of Allegro Coffee’s Mexico Whole Bean Organic is its commitment to organic and ethical sourcing. Knowing that the coffee is certified organic gives peace of mind that it is free from harmful pesticides and chemicals. Additionally, Allegro Coffee's dedication to ethical sourcing practices ensures that the farmers are treated fairly and the environmental impact is minimized. This makes it a great choice for conscientious consumers. Versatility These whole beans are versatile and suitable for various brewing methods. Whether you prefer drip coffee, French press, or espresso, the beans deliver a consistent and excellent result. I tried multiple brewing methods and found that the coffee’s flavor and body adapted well to each one, showcasing its versatility. Packaging and Portion Size The 12-ounce bag is a perfect size for home use, providing enough coffee to last for several weeks without compromising freshness. The packaging is attractive and informative, detailing the origin and tasting notes, which adds to the overall experience. The resealable bag helps maintain the beans' freshness over time. Value for Money Considering the quality of the beans and the organic certification, Allegro Coffee's Mexico Whole Bean Organic offers excellent value for money. The price point is reasonable for such a high-quality product, especially given its ethical and sustainable attributes. It's a worthwhile investment for anyone who appreciates good coffee and values sustainable practices. Overall Impression Overall, Allegro Coffee’s Mexico Whole Bean Organic is a fantastic choice for coffee enthusiasts. It combines rich, complex flavors with high-quality, fresh beans and a commitment to organic and ethical sourcing. The versatility of the beans and the value for money make it an excellent addition to any coffee lover's pantry. I highly recommend this coffee to anyone looking for a delicious, sustainable, and ethically sourced coffee. The taste is absolutely delicious if you like a very nutty bold flavor, it’s smooth and the acidity wasn’t too harsh on my stomach! I would honestly recommend and repurchase!

Great coffee... smooth, good flavor., not bitter/acidic.
Flavor Name: whole bean coffee
Size: 12 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I am very picky when it comes to coffee. I love medium to medium dark roasts as long as they are smooth, not bitter/acidic. This one is great! Will definitely order again!

I was searching for coffee that was organic and shade grown and stumbled across this brand. I love that this company is eco friendly. When I first got my order, I noticed it smelled fresh, but different than what I normally enjoy. I usually go for something on the dark side with notes of chocolate, t
his seemed more fruity/acidic in smell. When I ground the coffee I noticed it smelled a lot more smooth and it ended up tasting more smooth than I thought. The taste is hard to explain, but it's good! Definitely not super dark, but does have a lot of flavor to it. I will be buying this brand again. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I am kind of a coffee snob, I can't walk into a grocery store and just grab anything. I find lately, I've been having a hard time finding fresh roasted coffee. Some of the stuff on the shelves say it was rosted over 2 months prior. This coffee definitely has a freshly roasted taste! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I buy this one often and will likely continue to do so. Both great taste and smell, I think it every morning. I love that it's a medium roast. It feels like a lot of organic coffee these days is either medium-dark or dark. Highly recommended!

I was unable to make a palatable cappuccino with this coffee. I've tried 3 different Allegro coffee and found them to be short of flavor and fragrance.
