Have had this for several months - kept in the garage, but could easily welcome it into our home if we had the space. Very well built, no assembly except to attach the handle. The rolling shelving is excellent, smooth operation, good quality wooden slats, well-designed. Right now we have about 60 bottles of various sizes and types in the unit - sparkling methode champenoise, Rhone style bottles, Bourdeaux style bottles, slim Riesling types, and some 375 ml dessert wines. The Bordeaux, Riesling and of course the dessert wines can easily be stacked on almost any shelf, increasing the capacity. The Champagne style and some of the Rhones (Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Pinot Noir) not so much. So I would say that if you are an equal opportunity wine drinker, you are likely to find a little less capacity than 99-bottles. But that has not been a problem for us. One little quirk in the dual zone operation, which was not in our user's manual but which we discovered with the courteous aid of customer service on this Amazon purchase, is that you must set the two separate zone temperatures at least 10 degrees apart for the dual zone to work properly. So you could not, for example, set the lower zone to 52 and the upper zone to 47 degrees. Altogether we are very satisfied, and in the garage, where the range of temperature runs from about 50 degrees (winter) to 80 degrees (summer) the unit works beautifully.     • Our beautiful wine cooler arrived on schedule and in perfect condition.
The unit arrived well packaged and there wasn’t a dent or scratch. We have enjoyed the dual temperature controls that ensure our white wines (on top) are kept cooler and the reds (on the bottom) are warmer. We placed it in our family room and it is absolutely silent. The design is beautiful and came with two handle choices so that we could match it more closely with our other cabinetry. It took only a slight tweak to level it. We enjoy the blue LED lighting as well. There are plenty of beautiful shelves that allowed us to sort our wines so that we can locate them easily. We’ve been looking for over a year for just the right wine cooler and we couldn’t be happier with our selection. ... show more

    • Operating the cooler controls
Controls to make setting changes are hard to use. Attempted many tries to change from degrees Centigrade to degrees Fahrenheit but have yet been able to make the switch. Touch pad controls not convenient for those of us with "fat fingers" So far, it's running well but I haven't loaded it with wine since still attempting to get the thing leveled up. ... show more

Do not overpay for a wine fridge. I cannot emphasize how much we love this. It’s quiet, has LED lighting, temperature control is easy, it’s huge, if I need another I would buy this same brand in a heartbeat. Defeat screwup and out to adjust for uneven flooring. There are different handle options to fit the look you are going for, two handles included. The door switches to either side depending on how you want to open it.     • Temp zones are backwards!
Very annoying plastic wrap that takes some serious time with exact blade to remove. The top half runs cooler than the bottom by design - I've never seen or heard of such a nonsense design.
