  • Fantastic knee scooter!
Color: Blacks
I'm recovering from ankle/foot surgery and this scooter is a life saver. I feel stable, the knee pad is comfortable, great maneuverability, the breaks lock, great breaking and control. Easy to assemble. I liked that the bag is removable too.

  • A Big Help
Color: Blacks
I purchased this scooter because I had foot surgery and couldn’t put pressure on my foot for weeks. The scooter was fairly easy to assemble. It took me about 15min to do so. They supplied everything you needed including tools. I personally used the scooter at home only and it worked great for me. It makes it much easier to carry and transfer items as opposed to using crutches. The bag on the front of the scooter works great helping carry items too. For best ergonomics, be sure to get your knee height adjusted first, then adjust the handle height so that your arms are at a 90 deg angle at elbow. The item itself seems to be of good quality and durability and haven’t seen any signs showing otherwise. I’m happy with the purchase. I debated needing to spend the money for just needing it a few weeks or so. In the end I think it was worth the benefit and I figure there’s a good probability someone (myself, family member, friend) could use it in the future. ... show more

  • very useful tool at a good price
Color: Blue
I broke my ankle and 4 days on crutches was all I could take. bought this knee scooter. SIZE: I'm a lady 5ft 6inches and it fits me perfectly on almost the lowest setting. If you're under 5ft4, this probably isn't your knee scooter. I expect someone up to 6ft tall would find a setting that fits, but at the highest setting, it might feel a bit wobbly. WEIGHT: My front door is down stairs and my ankle is broken, so I had to scoot down there on my butt, open the box and drag it up the stairs in pieces. the body and rear wheels were already assembled and that was a bit heavy to drag up the stairs with one leg, but I managed. ASSEMBLY: The assembly instructions are nearly useless (only the pictures help). but I had it together in about 15 minutes. If you're not mechanically inclined, it could take you longer to sort out, but nothing requires muscle power or special tools. QUALITY: pretty good. sturdy metal parts. The weak spots are that the front axle is held on with a lever clamp. The clamp is solid metal. but Obviously, you need to make sure that clamp doesn't get loose. And the knee pad, although quite comfortable, is typical particle wood on the inside. If the screw holes eventually wear out, the knee pad will get wobbly. This would be more of a concern for me if I weighed more than 200 pounds. But I don't think you'll find better knee pads on any of the knee scooters in this price range. MANEUVERABILITY - brakes are good so you can stabilize the thing when getting on/off it. steering is fine. I do agree with other reviewers that the turn radius is quite wide. This is because the front axle is wide and it has two sturdy wheels on the back. I wouldn't want it narrower though because it would be unstable. When you're injured, you need to sacrifice some maneuverability for stability. In my tight kitchen, I do need to do some four-point turns, but at least I feel safe on the thing. The scooter is easy to maneuver on wood, tile and linoleum. don't know about carpet. Haven't tried to use it outdoors. OVERALL: the item is as advertised, works for the purpose it was advertised for and is very comfortable and reasonably durable. I only took off one star because the instructions are useless and the lever clamp for the front axel isn't my favorite idea. ... show more

  • A must instead of crutches
Color: Blue
Such a necessity after broken ankle and ankle surgery with no weight bearing for 8 weeks. Had ordered another brand that kept getting delayed. This came in two days. Easy assembly. Adjustable knee rest and handle bars. Brakes work great and are nice to have. Adequate knee padding. Love the blue color. Love the bag in front- makes it easy to transport stuff with me. Easy to maneuver. ... show more

  • BlessReach knee scooter
This saved my sanity after achilleas foot surgery. (I live alone) I was able to manure all thru my house (with a lot of "K" turns). I was even able to get it into the bathroom. The pouch was roomy and perfect. With a thermos I could get to the table with my morning coffee. I could maneuver it with one hand (if I was careful) when there were things I could not put in the pouch - which is flexible and can Velcro shut. It is very sturdy and reasonably light weight so my friend could lift it down the stair to get me to the doctor. The brakes can be locked for standing (one legged) at the sink or anywhere. I was told it was a bit complicated to assemble. Depending on your trunk size it may not fit. It was fine in my Toyota. I could never figure out how to get it to collapse. ... show more

  • If you're having any sort of ankle/achilles surgery, don't think and just get this scooter!
Color: Blacks
Great quality knee scooter. Using this after being non-weight bearing for 2 weeks for Achilles Repair surgery. This scooter is an absolutely game changer. Can easily get around the house safely. The disc brakes are great and it took me about 15 minutes to install altogether (do this before surgery). I used my own tools instead of the wrench and allen key that they included which made it quick and easy. Personally, I recommend the 4 wheel version as I feel it is very stable. It costs quite a bit for the time I'll be using it, but well worth it for the convenience and the mere sanity of being more self-sufficient after surgery. ... show more
