In this house the kitchen shears are usually the first things grabbed for every type of cutting need. Often times not making it back in to the centrally located drawer. I thought for the price, even if they were not good quality with 3, I would be able to find a set where they belonged when needed. To say I had to come back to my cart to look at the price in disbelief is an understatement. • Quality: Well-made with double serration on the large shears and long curved blades on the smaller set make them excellent for kitchen use. The handles have a rubber grip that fit nicely in your hand. They even fit larger hands as well as small. Not too heavy so they do not aggravate my arthritis. • Usability: Easy to use, easy to clean. I put them in the dishwasher and have not seen any rust. • Durability: It has only been a few weeks of use but so far I do not have any complaints. I have been keeping an eye on the connector screw and bolt to see if they loosen, but they have not. I think that is the only feature that really puts this set apart from a higher end set. Overall, I am very pleased with the product and would recommend as an excellent value for the price.

This three piece kitchen shears set has quickly become one of the most useful tools in my kitchen. All three scissors feel solid and well made, with thick stainless steel blades that cut cleanly through everything from vegetables and herbs to tougher packaging and raw poultry. These are kitchen sheers for cutting different kinds of foods, and veggies. I have never owned a pair, and this is a three pack of different sizes. They look well made, and very sharp. You use these for cutting cooked, or uncooked meat. You can use them to cut vegetables that need cutting into smaller sizes. They are stainless steel and dishwasher safe. There will totally come in handy around the holidays, when cooking large portions of food for the holidays, and cutting is essential.

This is a great set of scissors for the price! With three in the pack, it’s easy to always have a pair handy if one is dirty or in the dishwasher. These also allow me to save my higher dollar pair and not dull them on packaging or day-to-day tasks. These are sharp and heavy duty enough to get most jobs done without any problems. I like that the two larger pairs come with sheaths as well. The scissors are not flimsy and do not have a “cheap” dollar store feel- I have a pair of those and these are much better quality (come to think of it, since I now have several pairs I'll be able to toss the lousy dollar store pair!). Had I seen these and not known, I definitely would have guessed that they were more expensive. I feel like they will absolutely hold up long enough to be a great value at this price- I’m guessing at least a few years with moderate care. The only drawback I’ve noticed is that the scissors don’t come apart for thorough cleaning. That is entirely on me as I did not think to check prior to ordering.

I purchased this set of shears mainly because of the price and had fairly low expectations. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality. They may not be top-of-the-line, but they perform their job very well. I primarily use the main shears to cut chicken and trim fat, and they work great. I especially like the serrated edge on the outside—when I’m cutting chicken and need to trim something quickly, I don’t have to reach for a knife. The serrated edge works perfectly for that purpose. Both shears also have a built-in bottle opener, which adds to their versatility. Best of all, they come with a protective cover, so when stored in a drawer, there’s much less risk of accidentally cutting yourself on the serrated edge or sharp tip. The handles are very comfortable and practical—just the right size for my hands. The third, smaller pair of scissors is very handy for cutting thin vegetables and herbs like cilantro or mint. Overall, this is a great value. Since they’re made of stainless steel, they should last a long time.
